The global anti-fossil-fuel movement is powered by frontline organisations worldwide defending communities, ecosystems, and our climate by halting dangerous and unsustainable fossil fuel projects. These groups confront the fossil fuel industry directly, using legal challenges, policy advocacy, direct action, and media campaigns to protect people and the planet.
And yet, many of these groups are held back by planning or organisational challenges, low funding, and a lack of expert support networks. Drawing on decades of experience, LINGO, trusted training providers, and regional partners have joined forces to support these groups, ensuring they have the resources to scale their efforts, share best practices, and strengthen local leadership. Together, we can end the fossil fuel age.
1. Campaign Workshop
Our sessions focus on campaign building and strategic planning. You will learn to craft clear goals, map power structures, target decision-makers, develop effective messages, and select the tactics best suited to your local context.
Trainers never tell you what to do, but rather ask informed questions to help you design or improve your campaign plan.
This curriculum has supported hundreds of successful environmental campaigns worldwide, empowering local advocates to lead and win.
2. Fast Grants
Upon completing the workshop programme, eligible groups can apply for targeted grants up to 5,000 USD. In exceptional cases—such as demonstrated need or large-scale impact potential—additional funding may be considered.
Grants are awarded based on clear campaign plans, cost estimates, and capacity to manage funds.
This “workshop to funding” process is intended to help put the campaign you develop or enhance during the workshop into action quickly.
3. Ongoing Support
Afterward, you join a network of groups that have completed our programme.
You gain peer connections for advice, experience sharing, and solidarity. Our specialists remain available for ongoing consultation by email, phone, or video call to refine tactics and troubleshoot challenges.
This sustained support helps keep your campaign agile, visible, and effective, so that you never face obstacles alone.
